We create the rich gastronomic offer, which enriches the experience and the atmosphere of the stay in the Mediterranean climate, on the traditional preparation of the food (baking-oven, grill), on the smell of the Mediterranean spices and on the Croatian olive oil.
The gastronomic offer of the traditional meals and Croatian specialties is variable and excellent, particularly the meat specialties: octopus, calf meat, wild animals, splinter piglet, lamb. We enrich the offer at traditional specialties with the excellent Croatian wine (red Vranac and the white Chardonnay), the Croatian liquor (Slivovitz, honey liquor) and out fruit made liquor. We can also offer homemade honey which is another healthy and high quality product that enriches our offer. |
